Craft Quality Poultry is a family-owned business. John, Sharon, and their five children began with just a few chickens and a few quail on a farm outside of Lethbridge, Alberta in the fall of 2023 With just a few birds, their love for all things feathered blossomed!

We are passionate about providing fresh farm to table products, which, at this point include a multitude of different poultry eggs.

At Craft Quality Poultry, we believe that there is a need for more farm to table options to be provided. That also applies to the EGGS we eat!. This begins with sourcing our quail and chicken eggs from local producers, thereby helping drive our local economy
