Craft Quality Poultry is a family-owned business. John, Sharon, and their five children began with just a few chickens and a few quail on a farm outside of Lethbridge, Alberta in the fall of 2023 With just a few birds, their love for all things feathered blossomed!
Since then we have expanded to primarily serve the wholesale fresh quail egg and duck and quail balut market in Alberta.

We are passionate about providing fresh farm to table products, which, at this point include a multitude of different poultry eggs.
